The detection of topographic defects – such as dirt, dust, sags or craters – is vital for high quality finishes on all types of vehicles including cars, vans, lorries, and railway rolling stock.
Our vehicle audit bays are specially designed and manufactured to hold the bespoke light fittings which are required for the effective detection of these paint defects.
Lighting Frame
Our lighting frames are manufactured from mild steel box section and can be powder coated to your requirements.
The frame is built and delivered in pieces for straightforward assembly on site.
In circumstances where particularly heavy light fittings are necessary, our designs are submitted to a structural engineer for load calculations prior to factory manufacture.
LED Lighting Options
Our inspection lighting frames can be supplied with the latest energy-efficient LED lighting technology.
The LED lighting panels we supply enable the detection of defects to micron range and include an anti-glare prism sheet.
Both options for the lighting panels below can be supplied with semi-automatic or fully automatic digital controllers enabling the coordination of light groups and the display of performance status information.
