Returns and refund policy

1. If you would like a refund after purchasing a product from our online shop, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Please return items unused and in original condition within 14 days after contacting us for a refund at shop@lewisandraby.co.uk
3. A refund will then be processed within 14 days of Lewis and Raby receiving the item.
4. Delivery of a returned item must be paid for by the customer unless faulty or damaged.

6. If the item is damaged on return, we reserve the right to deduct to repair the damage from the refund.

Repairs and replacements

1. If an item is faulty or damaged, Lewis and Raby will repair or replace the item depending on the damage.
2. If there is a problem with the item, please notify us as soon as possible.
